Compatibility and platform notes

Attributes are ordinary C++ types rather than CLR metadata. Dynamic discovery and reflection-based component activation are outside this layer.

Implementation-status evidence

The owning module contains 1 C++ test source and participates in a physical component test executable. Source-file count is not a discovered-test count.
